Open doors: sensational summer house in Ibiza

I think this is by far the summer that more houses on the beach have seen that I have long teeth. Luckily there is not much left for August to end, because if I have to keep finding so many dream summer houses I would end up dying of envy and we must see the fate of some and the adorable spaces that they can enjoy.

Today we are going to tour a house in Ibiza, by the sea, how could it be otherwise, with a wonderful terrace and interiors that do not detract at all, is a work of Juma Architects. The house follows a modern style and in most environments minimalist, he White color He is the main protagonist in the whole house.

We begin our tour of outdoor areas, with the wonderful views of the sea that the house has little need to add, only the essential to make the terrace comfortable. There is tables and seats of various types in the different atmospheres of the terraces of the house and only some plant within a half minimalist and half Ibizan decoration that leaves the prominence to the sea.

Logically in a house like this you can't miss a good pool, although the sea is close sometimes one wants to enjoy the pleasure of taking a bath in private and without leaving home. The pool is simply impressive, it reaches just the edge of the terrace so that one has the sensation when bathing that one will be able to reach the sea, the white color around multiplies the luminosity and makes the environment very fresh.

The outdoor area communicates directly with the interior of the house specifically with the living room. There is also a semi-covered intermediate area with a dining table and designer seats. Actually this plant is composed of several environments that can be held together, but which can also be separated by sliding panels.

As I said once inside the house, if we enter from the terrace, the first thing we find is the rooms, there are several environments and it is in them that we are a greater number of decorative details, even some that break strongly in color. Even so, light colors continue to predominate in all environments, and white remains the majority.

In the house there are others many charming corners like the room that we see in the image on these lines and that could serve as a study or as an office, although I don't know who will be able to get to work with these views. In the house in all rooms there are large windows that allow maximum enjoyment of the views and that introduce a lot of natural light inside. Inside and outside he has played with height as a space separator, when moving from one area to another we usually find ourselves with at least one or two steps.

In the images on these lines we can see some details of the living room and bedroom We will visit next. On the left the very original dressing room that is integrated into the bedroom next to the bed. On the left the detail of the room in which we can see the details of color in yellow and purple that break with white and clear neutrals that predominate throughout the house.

And we finish our tour with this wonderful floating bed, the bedroom has left me almost speechless, the bed is spectacular and the dressing room that I showed you before and that also looks at the bottom of this image I also love it. Although I would change the chair, the table and the carpet, for other designs, just for the bed and the dressing room the bedroom already deserves a high note.

The house is really a dream house, true that in Ibiza and with those views it is not very difficult to achieve and in fact that is why the house hardly needs decoration, the less is more in this case it makes full sense. But if other times in this type of houses the terraces are excellent and the interior is lame, everything has been great here.

Sushi, a Japanese-inspired modular sofa bed

It is called 'Sushi' and it is a low furniture with a style clearly inspired by the oriental, but nevertheless this modular sofa bed has not been designed by any Japanese, but by a German designer named Joa Herrenknecht. The designer intended to create a modular sofa that could be easily moved from the sofa to the bed function and that was versatile.

Build, a bookshelf that is like a great puzzle

You know that I am very much in favor of modular furniture, they seem very practical because they adapt to the available space and the needs of people at all times. If we change our house we can easily relocate them and we can even move them from the room without problems inside the same house.
