But, although I have a lot of work ahead of me, every day I tell myself that I'm lucky to live in this house.

On the other hand, finding a house that has everything a family needs is a big challenge that involves a lot of work. According to the results, 17% of users feel that their homes are not so bad, but they don't look like the one they dreamed of when they were little. Others consider that they are a couple of steps away from finding the ideal home. Some individuals, however, have found the right home, but need quite a few reforms to adapt it to your needs

10% of individuals are halfway to the dream house, with decoration and renovation projects in progress that improve the appearance or functionalities of the house in which they live, or simply to try something new.

Are we realistic when asking for our dream home?

A British user of Houzz confirms: “I am halfway to the perfect house. I am looking for my current house to be very comfortable, personal and cozy. That by the way, does not look anything like the house I imagined as a child (also equipped with a library, gym, sauna, dining room, a laundry room). But it might be better that way, in my fantasies I didn't count on having to clean the dust or use the vacuum cleaner! ”
